General curriculum: This course aims to identify the basic principles of commercial competition, combat commercial fraud, and prepare students to have the ability to deepen the rules of legitimate commercial competition and guarantee the reduction of commercial fraud. The special curriculum includes an in-depth study of the provisions of legitimate business competition in Omani law and comparative legislation in terms of their nature, legal nature, characteristics, pillars, and legal effects, in addition to explaining the mechanisms for combating commercial fraud and its impact on the national economy.
