General curriculum: This course aims to introduce students to the basic principles of international trade contracts and to prepare students to have the ability to go deeper into international trade contracts of all kinds. The particular curriculum includes an in-depth study of international trade contracts in terms of their nature, characteristics, parties, pillars, legal effects, challenges, and means of resolving disputes arising from them.
