General curriculum: This course aims to introduce students to the basic principles and theories related to private international law and to prepare students to have the ability to go deeper and study the latest topics in the field of private international law. The special curriculum includes an in-depth study of one or more topics of private international law, such as criteria for obtaining nationality in Omani law and comparative legislation - the role of attribution rules in resolving conflicts between Omani law and other comparative legislation - rules of international jurisdiction - conditions of enforcement of foreign judgments.
