The general curriculum includes the study of the general principles of administrative law, administrative organization and its applications in the Sultanate of Oman, administrative control, public utilities, means of public administration, public office, public funds, administrative decisions, administrative contracts, and judicial, administrative and financial control over management work. The special curriculum includes an in-depth study of one or more subjects of administrative law, such as expression of will in an administrative contract, administrative control, administrative discretion , functional discipline, invalidity of administrative decision, presidential administrative control,
