General curriculum: This course aims to introduce students to the basic principles of contract theory and to prepare students to have the ability to deepen and distinguish between contractual liability and tort liability. The special curriculum includes an in-depth study of contractual liability in terms of its definition, elements, and implications in Omani law and comparative legislation.
