General curriculum: This course aims at identifying the fundamental principles of international commercial dispute resolution mechanisms and preparing students to have the ability to go deeper into the legal mechanisms for resolving international commercial disputes and distinguishing between them. The particular curriculum includes an in-depth study of the means of settling international trade disputes, such as international commercial arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and conciliation in terms of their nature, advantages, areas of agreement and differences between them, and their role in reducing international trade disputes.
