General curriculum: This course aims to introduce students to the basic principles of technology transfer and investment contracts and to prepare students to have the ability to go deeper into this critical type of contract because of its significant impact on strengthening the national economy and international trade . The particular curriculum includes an in-depth study of technology transfer and investment contracts in Omani law, comparative legislation and international agreements in terms of their nature, pillars, and consequences.
