General curriculum: This course aims to introduce students to the basic principles and theories related to the law of civil and commercial procedures and to prepare students to have the ability to go deeper and study the latest topics in the field of civil and commercial procedure law.The special approach includes an in-depth study of one or more topics of commercial law, such as the reasoning behind judicial decisions, the Supreme Court's response to the subject of a civil lawsuit - the phenomenon of slow litigation -aspects of cassation appeal related to the reality of the lawsuit.
