General curriculum: This course examines the topics of state public finance and financial and economic legislation concerning the most important laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman in the economic and financial field. The special curriculum includes an in-depth study of one or more of the following topics: laws regulating free zones, customs and tax laws, rules governing international trade as defined by the World Trade Organization, budget law and financial rules that control the budget of the Sultanate of Oman, international agreements in the field of international trade and transnational investments, antitrust and consumer protection laws, laws regulating the Central Bank and commercial banks, laws regulating the securities market and securities trading, and value- dded tax.
