The general curriculum includes an in-depth analytical study of the general theory of crime, criminal liability: its conditions and contraindications, and the general theory of criminal punishment. The special curriculum includes an in-depth study of one or more topics of criminal law, including: the principle of legality, the legal model of the crime, the moral element of the crime, criminal participation, attempted crime, the reasons for legalization,the barriers to criminal responsibility, the principle of individualization of punishment. It also includes studying one or more of the crimes stipulated by the legislator in the Penal Code.
